Some basic conditions you need to know about working with Arcaid
If  you cannot accept them please do not proceed.

Summary of Arcaid terms and conditions:

A credit line should appear showing the photographer's name/Arcaid.

Failure to display this credit line without  prior agreement will result in an additional 
charge, minimum of 50% of  the reproduction fee. 

On publication a copy or tear sheets must be  sent for our files. 

Discuss fees when making a request. 

Fees agreed are conditional upon payment within 30 days of the invoice date or 
a 10% surcharge is levied. 

No rights are granted until payment is received  in full. 

Our standard service/search fee is £40, €60 or $60. 

Our standard transmission fee is £40, €65 or $65. 

Our standard loss fee is £600, €1000 or $1000 for an original, some material 
may be charged at a higher rate. 

Our standard duplicate loss fee is £50, €80 or $80. 

Original transparencies will be dispatched and  duplicates will be noted as such. 

The client has 30 days to review material before holding fees are incurred.

If Arcaid is to provide a courier there will  be an extra charge. 

Charges may be made if transparencies need cleaning,  repair or re- sleeving. 

Arcaid does not hold property releases for the pictures submitted. 

Arcaid images may not be used in any circumstance which could defame the building 
owner , the architect / designer or any other party.
